Working remotely has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey with the Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team. Even though I’m not in the same room as the rest of the team, I’ve never felt more connected to a group of people who are passionate, driven, and united by a shared purpose.

Every day, I get to support our team behind the scenes — from onboarding new agents and coordinating training sessions to ensuring smooth communication and operations. It’s fulfilling to know that the work I do remotely directly contributes to our agents’ success and, ultimately, to helping families find their dream homes.
